I know there’s a huge movement on to get people to stop eating meat. While fruits and vegetables are healthy, they will never be the only thing I eat. You will see them in my recipes as side dishes, in desserts, and salads. I love meat, all kinds of meat, and don’t get me started on bacon! I believe in balance, and by that, I mean a little bit of everything. So please feel free to adjust any recipe to accommodate a special diet.
