sauce – You can make your own, or buy your favorite.
Place ribs on foil and season.
Place in oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes on each side.
Remove ribs from oven
You can either put the ribs on the grill to finish cooking for that smokey flavor. (be sure to baste with sauce)
You can lower the oven to 300, cut the ribs up, put in a pan and cover with foil (I use a roaster with lid). Cook until almost done. Drain any fat or juice before you add sauce. Make sure the ribs are coated with sauce.
Return to oven until they are “fall-off-the-bone” tender. Hope you have some bibs!
